PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This five-story, podium-style building will hold 194 apartments 鈥� studios, one-bedroom units, loft units, and four-bedroom units. The ground floor will hold 6,500 square feet of street-facing retail space.

Building amenities will include a clubhouse, landscaped courtyards, a rooftop deck with a grilling area and a fire pit, a game room, a mini theater room, a coffee bar, a pet spa, and a 24-hour fitness studio. The building will also have dedicated bike storage and a bike repair station. The secure parking garage will have 114 spaces, including charging stations for electric vehicles.

Apartment interiors will include nine-foot ceilings, wood-plank-style flooring and stainless-steel appliances. A Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design gold rating will be sought for the project.
