PROJECT SIGNIFICANCE: This three-story, Oregon Department of Human Services-licensed assisted living complex will feature 103 units in four wings. There will be 16 floor plans, including studios, one-bedroom suites and two-bedroom suites. Each wing will have its own activity common area and share core-area common spaces that adjoin landscaped courtyards. Apartments will be as large as 1,010 square feet. All rooms will feature large windows with Pacific Northwest views, abundant storage space, and stainless-steel appliances including refrigerators and microwaves.

The Esther鈥檚 modern farmhouse design is reflected in common dining, meeting, gathering, and quiet areas. The community鈥檚 common areas will be anchored by a bistro with a large outdoor pergola, a club room, a library, a tea room, and a dining room. Residents will have daily access to activities, events and classes. The community includes on-site outdoor gardens and walking paths.
