Portland Public Schools and the Office of School Modernization are currently recruiting for a Bond Certified Business Program Manager (Construction and Maintenance Programs Manager) position to develop, manage, and continuously improve certified business participation and opportunities in construction projects funded by the voter-approved 2012, 2017, and 2020 Capital Improvement Bonds.
