Senior Estimator is responsible for:
鈥� Lead estimating efforts on large & complex projects
鈥� Provide detailed estimates & self-perform work estimates
鈥� strategically plan for estimate preparation, pricing, scheduling, & final submission to the customer
鈥� Subcontract Coordination
鈥� Provide work assignments to estimating team
鈥� Open communication
鈥� Research & analyze historical project data
鈥� Assist with Value Analysis & Project Schedules
鈥� Lead estimate reviews

Minimum Requirements
鈥� Degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
鈥� Minimum six years of construction estimating experience
鈥� Proven strong conceptual estimating ability
鈥� Microsoft Office, HCSS Heavy Bid & Bluebeam
鈥� Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills
鈥� Current driver鈥檚 license
