Chambers Construction is requesting sub bids from all trades (except as listed below) for the Ollie Court Housing Project. In general, the project consists of two wood framed buildings totaling approximately 108,735 SF, including approximately 140,000 SF of site work. The following trades have been selected: Fire Protection/ Plumbing/ HVAC / Electrical & LV.

Chambers intends to bid on the following work packages: 03.30 Structural Concrete; 06.21 Finish Carpentry Install; 07.21 Roof Hatch Install; 08.13 Doors, Frames & Hardware Install; 08.32 Access Door Install; 08.54 Vinyl Windows Install; 10.90 Installation of Div 10 Specialties; 11.31 Residential Appliances Install; 12.94 Bike Racks Install; 32.17 Site Structural Concrete; 32.34 Site Furnishings Install.
