Plans for a tenant improvement call for converting two two-story retail tenant spaces to two one-story retail tenant spaces and one commercial office tenant space on the second floor. Proposed exterior alterations include the removal of artifice from the previous retail tenant that occupied the entire corner portion, as well as replacement of exterior lighting and the terrace guardrail. Also proposed is new building signage, which would separate the building name from tenant branding. The total area of the affected scope for review is 484.75 square feet.
